PW32: Non-PW32-specific documentation

PW32 comes with no generic POSIX API / ANSI C library documentation. This is done intentionally, I don't want to duplicate or reminisce existing documentation. Instead, I try to be conforming to standards and provide links to existing documentation.

POSIX API / ANSI C library documentation

• Single Unix Specification v2 (aka susv2, aka Unix98)
• glibc documentation

General GNU documentation

Each (almost) GNU package contains documentation, mostly in TexInfo format, off which GNU info files is generated. Some packages also have Unix man pages. PW32 packages contain all these, but PW32 currently has no GNU info/man ports. So, you may:

• Browse info documentation in any text viewer, it's quite readable.
• Use other port of info/man, for example, I use DJGPP's info port.

• Quite comprehensive set of GNU documentation maintained by DJ Delorie, in html.
• It's possible to find some documentation in winhelp format, for example on Jose Fonseca's page.
